DYNAMIC SAUNAS AMZ-DYN-6310-01 Madrid 3-Person Far Infrared Sauna - Curbside Delivery

We had some delivery issues and first sauna was Damaged and I was disappointed it took about a month to coordinate a time for second delivery that worked for both parties. It was worth the wait though! Amazing quality I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

works great, need two people to assemble. I have had it less than a week, but use it everyday as part of my workout routine. Well worth the money

We (husband & wife senior citizens) purchased this sauna through Costco. Assembly was an absolute nightmare. After tediously setting the heavy floor in place and attaching one wall we found that the second wall could not be attached as per the instruction sheet because the hardware did not match up. We struggled for over two hours. When we called customer service at Dynamic the rep actually laughed, saying we must not have gotten the NEW instructions that came out after they had changed the installation hardware design. Now we had to install each of the side walls over the factory installed hidden corner hardware by pinching the top of the (VERY THICK AND HEAVY) wall and lowering it into place tightly between the front and rear walls and down to the edge of the sauna's floor base simultaneously while another person guided the hardware into its final locked positions on the corners. My husband had to do this from the top of a ladder not only once, but twice! This was an extremely difficult effort! To further complicate things, the second side wall turned out to be very warped at the bottom and absolutely would not adjoin the back wall at all, leaving a quarter inch gap. Customer service's answer to this was to send more flimsy latches to pull the walls together, but the warp was so bad that every latch we tried broke immediately from the stress. Eventually we managed to lift the top roof of the unit into place, a tricky task given the size, weight and dangling electrical wires at the edges of the roof, but we managed that task as well as hooking all the electrical connections together. A week before our sauna kit had arrived by truck we'd paid an electrician to install a dedicated circuit for the unit. The circuit works well. Unfortunately, the sauna does not. We have consistently found that it does not reach the selected temperature until the final 2-5 minutes of the sauna session. In the meantime, we either sit there being bored and uncomfortable or don't bother to enter the unit at all until the timer is almost up, which of course gives us a very brief session. As a result, we have not used the sauna at all in several months. This useless sauna has been a complete pain, takes up a lot of room in our house and if we could get someone to come and disassemble it and return it to Costco for a refund, we most definitely would. What sounded like a good idea has turned into a nightmare. We should have bought a hot tub instead.

My girlfriend loves using these at the day spa and jumped at the chance to get one when she found a good deal on one. I'm pretty glad she did since I use it almost every day now. It was simple to put together and is simple to use. The construction is solid and looks great, especially for the price. Very happy.
