It doesn't work without this so it doesn't come with everything needed to use it as it says. At first it didn't work at all. Plugged it in and nothing happened the first four or five times. Then it worked. Don't know why. It was easy to load pics on once I had the sd card and very easy to use. Sent it to a very low tech person and she had no trouble. I ordered the sd card from Amazon. Would have been nice to know when ordering the frame that I needed the sd card. Would have ordered at the same time. Also when I ordered it it was $28. A great deal. I tried using a USB drive and an SD drive and nothing worked I tried to hook it up to my computer and that wouldn't work either. The controller wouldn't work and the device kept overheating. Junk. ### ⭐⭐⭐ See yourself with some flaws... *by G***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2006* Its a nice picture frame but there are some flaws with it. 1st of all the corners are blacked out so most pictures you take do not fit inside the picture space. There is a great zoom feature that allows you to zoom in that does fill in the gap, one problem though, it keeps the word ZOOM in the corner the whole time the zoom feature is in place. Kind of stupid.Frame is nice and so is the picture quality. If picture fit into frame nicely and it didn't have this stupid zoom wording in the corner the whole time, this might have received a 5 from me.
