The pineapple one tastes great! Even better when cold. I have restless leg syndrome and take doctor prescribed medicine for it. The medicine plus maryruth's helps me sleep a lot better.

This stuff is magic. I have 6 kids, and 2 with ADHD. We give this to our children at night, and it really does help them fall asleep more easily. My 7-year-old has gotten better sleep, and it shows in his behavior. When we don't give it to him, we can tell and always regret it the next day. Keep it in the fridge and take a big spoonful at night and watch your sleep get better. The flavors have been fine not terrible not amazing just gulp it down.

We usally take melatonin in our house to get to sleep. I wanted to try something with added benefits. We have just bought our 3rd bottle. My husband likes it and he has the hardest time sleeping through the night. He even bought a new bottle when we ran out!

Y'all, the pineapple is a bit funky. The consistency of it is almost milky, and the supplements give it a little bit of a saline flavor - the combination is weird. Works amazing though. I add mine to a little bit of juice or use juice as a chaser lol. I'm going to get the lemonade one next.

Fantastic product! My family has been taking this for several years and we love it! I like that it’s a liquid , and easy to swallow! It’s also very helpful for leg cramps. We like the pineapple flavor best.

Updated review after TWO bottles of extremely sketchy liquid: Below you can read how much I love this stuff. The pineapple tasted great and we were on several bottles of it before receiving something that I (now) know for sure cannot be MaryRuths. The pineapple was light yellow (as pineapple is) and smelled just like pineapple. The first messed up bottle was a creamy brown (see photos above). And it did NOT taste like pineapple. Amazon wouldn’t take my return, and, because this stuff is so expensive, I gave it to my family. Thinking maybe the bottle was not labeled correctly, I ordered another after that first bottle was gone. Same issue! Brown coloring, didn’t smell like pineapple and was clumpy this time. We sadly have drank about 90% of the bottle and I was about to order a third (I promise I am not normally this silly of a buyer, but it helps our family so much!). I got on here and read another review about ONlY ordering from MaryRuths.com and that’s what I did this time. I am here to tell you THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT STUFF! The bottle from MaryRuth smells and looks like pineapple. I even ordered a sample of the coconut dream in the off chance the two faulty bottles from Amazon were that. Wrong. The coconut smells like coconut and is white creamy, not brown. I have no idea what I was giving my family and am SO upset about it but I will NEVER order from Amazon again. Horrible that we can’t return. Horrible control quality. Do yourself and your family a favor and get it straight from her site. Pictures above show all the bottles. The two large bottles are both supposed to be pineapple but the Amazon one was brown. The small bottle is from MaryRuth direct and is the coconut dream. Review from over a year ago when we had normal bottles: Oh my goodness, I have so many positive things to say about this product. First, it's Mary Ruth brand. And I LOVE their products. I have had so many good ones for so long, that it feels like my household could be part of a longitudinal study on its efficacy lol. I am a *very* light sleeper. And since having two babies, and not enough pelvic floor therapy, I wake up a lot to use the bathroom. This has cut down my nightly wakings to 2-3 times (from 5-6 before; I know, sad). If I couple this with my nighttime CBD, I only get up maybe once a night. And I DO NOT wake up groggy. It tastes delicious (I got the pineapple flavor - think Pina Colada). The taste is so good, I look forward to it every night. I noticed on the bottle that it is safe for children too (with a reduced dosage) and so I have been giving it to our 2 year old and 5 year old. It has made a HUGE difference in my 5 year old's sleep!! And even better, her mood swings! She is more pleasant and loves her nighttime pineapple dose too. Overall, we will not be without this product in our household. It's excellent!

I wanted this to work so bad. It tastes really yummy. But this stuff gave me nightmares. The first night I had a nightmare that I grabbed a hot wheel car off my nightstand and swallowed it. To be clear, I don't have any hot wheel cars on my night stand. In fact I don't even think there is a hot wheel car in the entire house. I have had dreams before where I grab something and swallow it. They are so stinkin' real! Anyway, since I had experienced dreams like this before I didn't really think it could be because of this vitamin. The second night I had a nightmare of so giant winged...something? Whatever it was flew around my head and pillow. Again, seemed very real. I buried my head in my blankey and waiting until daylight....The third night I had another nightmare, it was so terrible and tragic I can't even talk about it here. The fourth night I didn't take it. Slept just fine. No bad dreams. So I avoided taking it for a few days but then my insomnia comes back. So I started to take it again, nightmares showed up again and would wake in fear having a panic attack. Now I have had panic attacks at night before but this one was a whole new level. It was a repeat of the nightmare that I don't want to talk about. I think if I keep taking this stuff I may be able to write a horror movie. I didn't take any last night and I slept pretty well. No nightmares. I guess if I do want to write a horror movie I have inspiration in a bottle. I am bummed out because I still have quite a bit left. I think I am going to go ahead and call Mary Ruth's and see about a refund. On to the next search - oh and just an FYI -all this insomnia, anxiety and panic attacks are new to me. I have PTSD from being in a terrible relationship. While I don't believe this vitamin causes the panic attacks I think it just kicks it up a notch. If you are in an abusive relationship of ANY type. Get the heck out. Or you may suffer....Easier said than done.. UPDATE - I wrote to the company and they have gone over and above in their customer service department. :) Oh and I forgot to mention that I do take the Gluten Relief Enzymes and the B12 Spray of Mary Ruth's and LOVE them both.

Arrived nicely packaged with a generous amount of time before it expires. The size of the bottle is good, and the liquid easy to take. I definitely like the pineapple flavor much more than the fruit punch (multi vitamin) flavor.
