This is a great deal . Nice clean taste . I bake beans a lot and I use this dry mustard in them . Also good for home made dressing , to many way to use to list . Just great pantry item .

Fantastic Value & DIY Tool for Worm Detection!
🌿 What I Love: • Great price per ounce—16 oz goes a long way compared to smaller spice tents, making it a budget-friendly option. • Multi-purpose use—yes, it makes yummy sauces, but I’m using it for a mustard pour to detect jumping worms, and it works exceptionally well. Soil researchers (University of Maryland, Cornell, UMass, etc.) recommend mixing ⅓ cup of dry mustard into 1 gallon of water and pouring over a square foot to drive worms to the surface . • Reliable seed strength—mine floated worms within minutes even in heavy mulch areas, helping me identify and remove invasive jumping worms quickly. ⚠️ A Few Notes: • You’ll need only about a tablespoon per test—so this jar lasts a LONG time even if you’re checking multiple areas. • It’s pure ground mustard—no additives or fillers—great for both kitchen and garden purposes.

Bought this because I wanted to save money on ground mustard. The smaller containers are outrageously priced in comparison, so the value can't be beat. I'm hoping this will keep for a long time in the cabinet. Makes great hot Chinese mustard for char siu, really feel the burn all the way around your head with this one. Size of the container is great, just need to find more uses for mustard powder. Flavor/aroma are great though.

I use this to make bulk mixes. It seems a touch bland but when combined with other ingredients, there's not much difference from other brands. This certainly is a dollar saver when making large amounts of rubs and seasonings.

Great taste and definitely needed for my pantry.
I use this in almost everything I cook. I love having the powder kind because it seems to last longer and you definitely don't need a lot for one large dish. Beef stroganoff especially... Expiration date is way ahead in time too... I'm happy about that!
