Does this have a red, not pink red or orange red, but like a santa claus red?

The red colors red; however it does depend on the paper how true red it really is.

does this work for vinyl ??

I haven't tried but I would say no. They are not permanent and I had issues with them not working on some more plastic-y stamps (worked well on true rubber stamps though).

Can you use these on fabric?

By reading the description of the product I would say no to fabric. It is water based and only has paper ideas listed in description.

Do they have a smell like the alcohol markers cause I couldn’t take them they gave me a headache ?

I would also like to add, these ARE water based and scent free. It states on the back that they are odorless, water based & Kid safe. I am unable to add a picture but they do not have any scent and definitely are NOT alcohol based. I hope this helps! ;)
