Successfully connected the HDR UHD LCD monitor of my upgraded Dell XPS 15 9510 running a film to my TV via one of my reverse-compatible Thunderbolt 4 USB-C type ports, this Cable Matters adapter, and a UGreen 48 Gbps 8K 2.1 HDMI 60 Hz Cable. Can confirm that 2.1 HDMI works very well at 60 Hz for 1920x1080p Full HD. No lags, good connectivity and image quality, and successful clear audio transmission. Currently using a NVIDIA(R) GeForce RTX(TM) 3050 Ti 4GB GDDR6 [45W] graphics card.
