You use your finger (a digit) to insert it. **Q: Why are these sold out everywhere? Are they no longer being made?** A: Agreed! The only place I can find the Ultra OB is on amazon. But I have been able to find the smaller sizes at CVS and walgreens. Maybe they're sold out because of the world is catching on to the fact that single-use plastic applicators are horrible for the environment? A girl can dream. **Q: It is listed here as "Material: genuine suede." Pretty sure this is a mistake?** A: Um, yeah definitely a mistake. I missed that. Cotton tampons just like in the store if you can find them. **Q: Are the super and regular sizes narrower than the super plus size? This was very difficult to insert and caused me pain.** A: The super plus tampons are slightly larger size wise to the super and regular absorbencies. A box of 40 is so compact! You can discreetly carry these in a purse or pocket (or even in your hand no one will see it & use anywhere (even camping!)). These are environmentally friendly and comfortable when worn. Easy to insert, absorbent, comfortable and easy to remove with long string. No leaks no mess! Amazing! I wish I had started using these 20 years ago!! They are comfortable, eco friendly, easy to carry & COST effective! I wish I had all the $ I wasted on trying to find a comfortable menstrual cup & hunting for cardboard tampons. I will buy OB forever now.
