Victorinox 3.25 Inch Swiss Classic Paring Knife with Serrated Edge, Spear Point, Red

I've purchased many of these over the years. They are lightweight, dishwasher safe, sharp and do a better job than more expensive knives. I have sharpened them in the past, but to be honest at this price you could just buy new ones.

High quality and a great price - Was looking for a knife to slice tomatoes primarily and this really fits the bill - So effective at slicing through anything and it is so very sharp - Good grip and really easy to use - A delight to use

Just a great handy little knife of good quality

Whilst razor sharp and good for fine slicing there's a design glitch as the serrated blade runs all the way down into the short handle. In my view the handle needs to be slightly longer with a gap/non serrated end part. I didn't immediately notice this and ended up with nasty cuts. I'm not sure this knife will last that long but it was inexpensive. Another time I'll save up for a better brand.

These are the best little knives!

Best paring knife in the world. I've used so many in my life but this one is hands down the best one. I bought 2 more just to make sure I always have them on hand. Dishwasher safe even on the hottest and longest wash cycle (I've only tested top rack, not bottom rack). No rust, the handle is comfortable, and comes very, very sharp. I'm not a fancy knife person. I just have a chopping knife for vegetables, and this small paring knife for smaller veggies. I'll use this knife for life :)
