Q: I've been using regular puff paint. Is this any different?

This is different. I use it on hand felted slippers. It goes into the fabric and then leaves a nice little rubbery bumb.. To me the puff paint doesn't have the grip that "Stop Sock" does.

Q: Does this work on yarn?

This stuff works just like it said it would it’s perfect it washes well the little dots do not come off your socks they’re great grippers I can’t say anything negative thing about it

Excellent product.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would indeed!!Excellent product....easy to use, no mess, dries pretty fast (less than 24 hrs), NO toxic, nasty smell......what can I say...I love it!!

Product Dried out and useless.

Ordered before and it was fine, but this time the product was completely dried out and could not be used.

This is great for adding traction, however after two washes some of the edges are coming loose.
