At the outset, I'd like to say I had only encountered machines larger than this that do similar things at my doctor's office. But being that I'm interested in monitoring my numbers on a consistent basis, I saw this and figured it might be a good addition. It isn't just a good addition, it's excellent! I love the clarity of the display and the finish of this product. It comes across as far more expensive than it actually is. What a steal! Moreover, it has all the essential metrics I was looking for to maintain good health. The fact that it can record multiple individuals' data in your household right on the machine is fabulous! Moreover, it gives you the option of switching between pounds and kilos. The little booklet is a great inclusion being that you don't have to get an app or go on the internet to figure out what are ideal numbers and where you stand against them. Highly recommend if you are also eating right and working out. The progress on this thing is motivating!

I've had no issues with this scale, being mindful of stepping on it carefully. It was pretty easy to set up and I got used to the display of information pretty quickly. It's pretty accurate and I love being able to check my body fat and muscle percentage at home. The BMI calculation and calorie estimate are a great bonus. I want to make a special mention here and thank Triomph most sincerely for making a scale like this that does NOT need a Smartphone to use it. That's absolutely fabulous. I love the fact that it's a simple standalone device that doesn't have any kind of wireless connectivity. We need to keep a few of these options available and I appreciate Triomph for doing just that.

As a scale, I love it. It's sleek, doesn't weigh too much nor take up too much room on my shelf. It's accurate and easy to read. However, I have NEVER been able to figure out the body composition feature which is strange since that feature is being prominently advertised. I don't know what step I'm missing.

I purchased this because, unlike some competing products, this one does not require a phone/app. As for accuracy, most of the results check out -- the only reading that is off (versus professional measures taken elsewhere) is Body Muscle Percentage. Even so, the initial reading provides a baseline against which subsequent readings can be compared, so although the raw value is likely incorrect, it's still possible to measure progress. I've used it for 3 weeks and am very satisfied with the purchase so far.

I like this scale a lot. I bought it, basically, because I had previously bought a health journal that tracked muscle mass percentage as well as weight, and because I'm a little bit OCD and didn't want to leave part of my journal empty, I had to buy something that would help me measure body fat/muscle somewhat accurately. I chose this scale because it was reasonably priced and didn't require me to download an app to use it. I'm really happy with my purchase. It's super easy to set up and use, and it fits my family's needs perfectly. Because we're able to program multiple users in AND it doesn't require any app downloading to use it, my kids are able to use it as well. We love that it measures more than just weight and fat percentages too, because now it can serve my family as a tool for checking/maintaining physical health, and not necessarily something that causes obsession over body image numbers. Overall, I appreciate its simplicity and ease of use, and I recommend it for those who have similar needs as my family has.

I purchased this scale to replace a working scale that had a very dark LCD display that was often difficult to see. The numbers on this scale are very brightly lit and always easy to make out. On that point alone I would have been very satisfied, but there are other features that make me happy as well. The scale is very accurate, measuring down to 1/10th's of a pound, and very consistent. The batteries are very easily replaced AAA's, rather than the silly watch type batteries that I had to search hardware stores to find for my last scale. It offers a bunch of different body-fat and bone density type readings that look interesting but I don't have much use for, but they sure don't seem to have added much to the price. All in all I am very pleased and would buy this unit again. If there is any negative to this unit, it is that the operating instructions seem to have been written by an "English as a second language" person, the information is all there but what they are trying to say can be a bit confusing. It really shouldn't be that hard to write up coherent instructions...

Very difficult to set up I have tried to do it several times I found the directions step by step and it still doesn't do what it's supposed to do so I just use it like a basic scale without using any other perks it supposed to have which is very disappointing. I really do think that mine doesn't work right because I'm not the only one that's tried to set this nobody let's come over to my house has had any luck and everybody ends up saying something is wrong with this that is one of the reasons why I put off doing this review hoping that somebody would be able to set it up the right way. It does look nice and I think when I weigh myself it is pretty much correct it doesn't seem to be off but sometimes when I step on the scale I will have to get back on and I'll permit a few times because of all the people trying to set it will try to go through different programs that just don't work. My friend is married to a man that does computer programming for different companies and he wasn't even able to figure this out with the directions. I would have returned this but it is very hard for me to get around with some of the different health problems I have so it seemed to be like too much of a bother to return and to tell the truth I have really never returned anything to Amazon in the five years I have been a customer because of that. I just end up eating the losses.

It is accurate and tracks all the components just like scales that cost hundreds of dollars. No Bluetooth link to your phone/tablet or proprietary app, though, you have to enter the data yourself in a notebook or an app according to your preference — I’ve found I like FIT JOURNEY. You have to press the set button first to set up your profile (age, gender, height) and then before each time you step on, press it to pull up your profile (multiple people can set up profiles). You can also just step on the scale and get nothing but weight. The batteries that came with it have lasted more than 2 months; the Triomph kitchen scale I got at the same time in a combo deal went through the provided batteries in a week, but has been doing fine with the rechargeables I put in. I recommend weighing yourself at the same time every day — first thing in the morning, before breakfast but maybe after the bathroom is probably your lowest weight of the day. Your weight — and the other readings — will naturally fluctuate by several pounds over the course of the day, depending on water and food consumed, how full or empty your colon is, etc, so you want to compare readings that are taken under roughly similar conditions, or you’ll mistake what your trend is. I’ve noticed that my muscle mass percentage increases or stays flat and fat percentage and weight decreases after several days of more extensive exercise and disciplined eating, so I’m pretty sure the readings are not wildly inaccurate as some claim. I’ve lost and kept off more than 12 pounds since mid-January (though with some ups and downs), after nearly a year of plateau when I didn’t have a scale at all; I think being able to track it accurately has been encouraging and having the the kitchen scale makes it much easier to do portion controls, track calories and macronutrients accurately (in conjunction with another app, My Fitness Pal, which has nutritional info for a vast library of foods). I highly recommend getting both, and Triomph’s basic models are affordable, functional, and attractive. If you really can’t be bothered entering the data yourself, they do make one with Bluetooth that is still cheaper than the most-talked-about brand.

Machine and box were broken , the unit button for conversion was missing. Had to convert weight from lbs to kgs on google to see.

I really like this BMI bathroom scale. It's very functional and capable, and best of all, looks great. Pros: 1. Looks great in any location. As opposed to regular bathroom scales, this one is beautiful and you won't have to hide it in a closet or washroom. It's made of glass, which makes it look classy. 2. 180kg capacity. Great capability for its small size. 3. Very slim, small lightweight product. 4. Uses 4AAA batteries (included!). 5. Easy to operate. Allows measurements in imperial or metric, and has memory settings for different people. 6. Easy to read, with large digits. Cons: None. But really, be aware the fact it is glass over black background means it is a print magnet. But the fact it is glass also means it is very easy to wipe clean. A great product, with only positives. The package is great, very small and protective box.

Contras: • Te da más estadísticas que un político en campaña… y con la misma fiabilidad. • Esa medición de grasa corporal es como tu horóscopo: entretenida, pero cero científica. • Te puede decir que bajaste grasa y subiste músculo… después de un McTrío. 🍔 Conclusión: Buena para saber si te estás poniendo gordo o flaco, no para calcular si tienes cuerpo de diosa o pan de muerto. Si quieres precisión médica, ve a hacerte un DEXA. Si solo quieres controlar el daño del fin de semana, esta báscula es tu cómplice. 😈

Excelente cambia el peso por 500 gramos pero esto cuando te quitas una prenda lo cual es obvio, todo lo demás perfecto cabe aclarar que tu talón debe quedar al borde de la parte plateada para que te de tu % de grasa, musculo etc
