## Questions & Answers

**Q: How to install the batteries?**
A: Directions are included in the packaging. However, slide the mounting bracket on the back of the light to expose the battery compartment. Insert 3 AAA's batteries and replace the mounting bracket.
Hope this helps.

**Q: What size mounting screws and anchors would be needed if I don't want to use the adhesive?**
A: I use funtac, or a similar poster mounting product, that will leave no damage to walls, moldings, etc. 
I can mount them anywhere, and I need no tools.  The adhesive squares are adequately strong but have damaged my walls when moving them.

**Q: do they have a light sensor so that they do not come on during the day?**
A: Yes, only in dim enough area do they come on with motion. My favorite spot for them is one near the middle of my 2 section stairs. If it is fairly dark, one comes on as i get near it and lights my first half of 2 section stairs. As I turn the corner either direction the other comes on. EXACTLY what I wanted...to light up my first floor to second floor stairs early in a morning, or late in the evening. They stay on for about 10 seconds after last motion. A long hallway is a nice use also. These are what you want when you do not need or want to turn on a full size overhead light. The tape dots on them sort of sucks. I suggest using one of the 3M removable tapes with the release tab. That's what I'm going to put on them soon.

**Q: One they are activated they stay on. They are not automatically turning off. What could be the problem?**
A: If it stays on even when the lights are on, you should return it. I have two of them in use with no problem.
