But it seems sturdy enough. **Q: How do you put your own picture in?** A: My daughters just slip the case off, slip a picture in behind the device, then replace the case. **Q: Will it work with a glass screen protector?** A: Yes. Bought a separate screen protector. Put it on, then put this case on. Went on nicely and feels like it will protect her new iPod relatively well. iPod functions the same with all buttons and connectors accessible. Very nice execution of the case design. Now, not expecting to test it's protection in a drop, but feels like it will do well as long as it falls on the edges. While it does have raised edges on the front and back, if they are high enough to protect the front all depends on what it's dropped on. Btw, the edges aren't slick, more of a silicon/sticky feel so shouldn't easily slip out of one's hands. Plastic cover on back should absorb the impact if it falls on the back. Don't mind that getting scratched/broken at all, that's is job. Case can be more easily replaced than the screen in the case of a bad drop!
