Are these packaged in a box or plastic wrap?

I don’t remember completely clearly. I seem to remember them being in plastic wrap...and then one box surrounded the three frisbees.

Is this one is glow? I want to play at night?

It does not glow by itself, that one glows a little for a while like the stickers kids put up in their room that will glow after you turn off the light. To be honest the orange one is more visible in low light circumstances.
