I constantly forget to even eat. I did switch to the same brand but the one containing Svetol. I haven't noticed a difference between them, both control my hunger. I love that there is no extra ingredients in Genesis Today brands.The directions say to take 2 pills one or more times a day. I take 4 pills a day total. I have been using this product along with Raspberry Ketones in the same Genesis Today Brand and I have lost a lot of weight, but more than that my lower body has shrunk. I've lost a lot of fat and gone down 3 sizes on bottom. I recommend them both together.Only thing I can add is I think the effect of the Raspberry Ketones wear off at some point. I have now stopped losing body fat as fast as I once did. I'm about 15lbs overweight and work out about 4-5 days/wk, but haven't lost any weight in a long time (plateau). I tried this and I immediately noticed that I felt really full really fast. Obviously that's how you lose the weight - you don't eat as much. After the first week and a half, I lost 3-4lbs, but haven't lost any since. I think it's been at least 4 weeks since I've been taking this and have already gone thru 4 bottles (I take 3 in the morning, 3 at night...more than what he recommends). I don't know if my 3/4lb weight loss is due to this product, but I haven't been over that weight hump in years, so I am happy about that. I liked that I got full fast, but the low appetite seems to have lessened over time (at the beginning I almost felt sick it I ate too much. Now I just feel really full). I have a bottle and half left, so I'm going to finish it and see if I have any other changes. I haven't noticed ANY extra energy (and I don't drink coffee and hardly any soda - about 4 diet sodas PER WEEK- so you'd think any caffeine would make a difference). I think Dr. Oz is a sham. If you take all the supplements he suggests for different things, you'd spend your life savings in one month! If you eat right, there shouldn't be a need to take so many supplements.
