I purchased this to replace the unit on my wall clock in my bedroom because I'm neurotic about the sound of a ticking clock breaking the silence.  Works perfectly, seriously silent.

I used this to replace a broken clock mechanism at the office.  After a month it is keeping good time and was very easy to install.  The hands were very nice and had a protective film on them to keep any fingerprints off of them during installation.
