I deal with neck acne on my neck and have for years and this is the ONE SUPPLEMENT that has gotten rid of my cystic acne & is now apart of my daily supplements I cannot LIVE without. My first photos is me now, my last one is an example of what I deal with usually, but not anymore!!! After reading studies online about high zinc doses helping acne prone (even cystic) individuals, between 40-50mg and how it helped dramatically- I knew I wanted to increase my daily intake to test it out myself and WOW AM I IMPRESSED…. My skin hasn’t been this clear in ages. I am so happy that my skin is finally clearing up. I think the added vitamin a and e has helped as well with my scarring left behind from my neck acne & I couldn’t be happier.. 🥹☺️ it’s been a long long hard journey for my skin, but look no further!!! I'm 45 years old & just got off birth control. I got on it when I was 30 to help with my adult acne & it was a success, but time come off it. Within a few days off BC my acne flared up. I saw great reviews on this priduct. Within a few days of taking it my large zits began to clear up. This Pic was after 5 days of taking this treatment. Highly recommended if you're an adult with acne.

May very well work for skin but be careful!! Excess zinc can cause hair thinning and premature grey hair. I noticed this and I’m only 22.. so I immediately stopped taking it. Do your research! This level is very well over the recommended daily intake.
