Aren't the cows grass fed? Pasture raised does not mean grass fed.

Grass fed does not necessitate healthy. As the pasteurized cows this company prides themselves on are from Brazil where there are no restrictions on using pesticides, chemicals for spraying to invert mosquitos, and antibiotics are also used generously in the environment and that includes grass.This info came from a reviewer who called the Bulletproof company and posted in depth on Jan 1, 2017. I suggest people read all reviews not just positive ones to get knowledge. Now if the info was not true? The company would've cleared up that reviewer but bulletproof did NOT! Do your Due diligence before jumping into anything then asking questions later. Dig away into beginning of this year 2017 and read all reviews then research methods Brazil uses for pesticides & chemicals.Better to be informed.Grass fed is now allowed by the FDA in our USA to be used on anything as is GMO free..when in fact it means nothing if you don't know what your consuming.Ask the company if this product is gluten free and chem free and antibiotic free!Educate yourself to ensure your health & well being. information on these labels about "type" of collagen or the amino acid profile of this product.

it says on the back that it was processed in a factory that process wheat and i don't see a certified gf label on the bag i bought. So is is GF?

I'm gluten intolerant (non-Celiac) and I've been using it for many months without any issue. Also, I checked their website & their statement says: "Bulletproof Collagen does not contain any dairy, egg, sugar, corn, yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, artificial flavors, or preservatives, and our collagen source (gelatin) has been concluded to be GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe)."I hope that helps! :)
