His doctor prescribed this one but we found it on amazon and got it. It offers good protection for the elbow. Many people including elderly ladies on a cruise we took asked about it while he was wearing it. We ordered a large for my son and he is on the skinner side not a lot of muscle tone in his arms but he is 21 now. overall the fit is good for him, it was a tad loose. I washed it by accident and now it fits very securely and tighter on his arm.
