I bought this for my daughter who’s insulin dependent & nut allergic. If we just had to carry her diabetic supplies, this would probably work although the glucagon kit did not fit well. So we carry a lot of diabetic crap and just found a case with a different configuration that suits that need better. If you were just carrying pen, needles, insulin, pens, and stuff like that, this will be perfect.

Love this case, I use it for all my Peptide and when I travel the ice pack fits well.

I use this to carry my kitty’s insulin in. This is great. His insulin and syringes travel safely and at the right temperature.

This was exactly what I was looking for! I keep my glucometer and other supplies to check my sugar on the non-insulated side. There is enough space that I can even keep either my meds for the day or a granola bar on that side. I work away from home sometimes 12 hours a day. And I have to keep my insulin with me. This has helped me to keep my insulin viable. I did buy small insulin case ice packs to use as an alternative to the ice pack that came with this case. Though the ice pack that came with the case fits nicely for the case and my insulin pen. The whole thing fits well in my purse or my mini backpack. I definitely recommend this for diabetics who have to carry their insulin with them.
