can it make smaller than full but larger than twin

No, there are only three size setting on this bed frame. For a TWIN, FULL and QUEEN.

One reviewer stated that this frame squeaks after certain time, has anyone else had this issue after having using the bed frame for a while?

Had an squeaking issue with a similar-type, but different brand frame. Lifted the bed and gave a couple generous sprays of WD-40 to all the joints 6 months ago and not a peep since.

Will the frame hold a 375 pound male person?

This bed frame can hold up to 500 lbs of combined weight, excluding the mattress weight, when used with a box spring.

Hi! i have wooden slats from a previous bed (ikea). can i use the wooden slats with this frame instead of a box spring? thank you.

I would think it would depend upon the type of mattress. My old memory foam mattress would have oozed between the slats.
