Photographs can be deceptive and although the item is as described, I clearly didn't read the description properly or in fairness - i have no idea the size bottle for a 'weight'. So the bottle is about a third of the size I was expecting. Based on the size of the bottle and what we pay for the bottle .. I doubt that I will buy it again. I haven't done a price comparison to see if this is a reasonable price for the product, but I'm not convinced that its a 'necessity' anyway for pet grooming. Says powder on container, but head line description says cream** A: It is a powder! the description is incorrect. It is very fine like baby powder. I have been using it for 3 years on my Maltese and it works well. Beware, it is messy. **Q: How long does one container last?** A: It’s a very fine powder substance so I imagine a really long time. The bottle feels empty, it’s so light. I only use a tsp in each ear to pluck hair out of my doodle once every 6 weeks.
