We promise you that our hat will arrive in shape or in rare case when it arrived crushed due to Amazon packaging method, we will send you replacement via expedited shipping. We spent weeks to designed an unique Hat-Protection package for Amazon customers to make sure our crush rate is below less than 1%.

What do you do with those metal logos, attach to the hat? How?

Sorry to respond you late! These metal logos can be attached to your hat (On Brim or On Crown). Simply insert two metal buckles into braids and fold them even. When doing that, make sure you insert between braids. This way, when you want to take out metal logos, they will not leave any visible holes on your hat! Hope I explained well, if you still have any other questions, feel free to contact us and I will upload a video of instruction for you!

Is the hat crushable?

We designed this hat to be crushable for a short of period. Typically you can fold your hat into half and fold it back after arrive your destination. However, we don’t suggest to keep your hat in folded condition.

Is this hat washable?

Hey Ray This Fedora 001 is washable. However, it is spot clean only since too much moist will destroy the hat. Simply apply wet wipes on dirty spot and leave it for 12 hours to get dried by itself. Be aware that using hair dryer may shrink the size of hat.
