This is the best vacuum that I have ever owned. It is light weight, versatile, easy to do stairs as it has a long cable. Fit's all my needs, and it doesn't scare the dog!

Returns policy
I bought this vacuum as a Christmas present and when first used the dust away is defective and does not work. I am angry to have to pay over £90 to return and get a refund. I shouldn’t have to pay when product was broken already.
