I was pleasantly surprised by this Dermatone Skin Protector Balm SPF 23. I mainly use it for my lips and dry areas, and it works great. It deeply moisturizes, protects against wind and cold, and the SPF 23 is a big plus for daily use. The texture is smooth and slightly thick, which helps it stay on the skin longer without needing constant reapplication. It doesn’t have a strong scent and feels very comfortable. I also love the compact size—perfect to carry anywhere. It’s ideal for sensitive skin or anyone dealing with dryness, especially in cold weather. I would definitely buy it again.

Have used DERMATONE for years of skiing and sailing. Great as lip balm and for putting on Nose/cheeks to prevent sunburn/windburn.

This stuff is GREAT. I’ve bought it several times and given it to my running buddies. Protects your face on those cold morning runs or XC skiing. Highly recommend

This is really nice and helps me protect my skin when I ski. I wish it were a little less greasy and easier to spread on cold skin because sometimes I forget to put it on before I start. But it rubs in nicely, gives some extra protection, is small enough and light enough to live in my pocket and I love that it has the SPF.

Our family has been using this balm for many years when skiing (and for other outdoor activities like ice fishing), and it never disappoints in providing protection from cold and wind, even in severe conditions. We use it all over the face (especially on the cheeks and nose) as well as the earlobes to prevent chapping and frostbite. It goes on a bit greasy (we call it "gooping up"), but it mostly absorbs into the skin fairly quickly, leaving an excellent protective layer that lasts for hours on the slopes. It never leaves any greasy residue on our hats, goggles, gaitors, etc. The container is small but a little goes a long, long way. We think it is well worth the price. Highly recommended!

This is perfect for the slopes! My friends and I use it to prevent any wind burn or frostbite issues on your face and hands. Our instructor recommended it and it’s a game changer! It isn’t slimy or leaves a residue that makes a mess on your gear.
