Been buying these for a few yrs now and try to refill when they are on sale. This is a easy way to get more vit C for an immune boost especially during cold/flu season! My kids have no problem taking them and enjoy the taste. The gummies have gotten smaller now, but I suppose the dose of vit C is the same.

mild taste little big more sugar on these but i won’t have to worry that teens won’t take them.

Tastes good but won’t be buying anymore because it has way too much sugar! Did a pee test and they couldn’t find any vitamin C in the pee at all. Don’t think it’s very effective.
