Check the item will fit your freezer
This is an excellent quality freezer drawer. And very competitively priced. My only criticism is, it did not fit the model of my freezer; from the description blurb I really believed it would. The return process was very complicated and unclear, with the instructions not making sense at all! They seemed to be in all the wrong order. Eventually I resorted to contacting Amazon customer services to help me return the item...As ever, Amazon were fantastic and sorted my issue. If you're ordering one of these freezer drawers double check it will fit the model of your freezer.

Top Service, innerhalb eines Tages war die bestellte Ware da. Die Ware war sehr sicher verpackt, so dass eine Beschädigung auf dem Versandweg unmöglich ist. Rückgabe (hatte mich um paar Millimeter vermessen, so dass das Gefrierfach leider nicht passte) war problemlos möglich. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit kam auch ein Feedback. Das Gefrierfach wirkte sehr solide verarbeitet und stabil. Selbst die Versandkosten der Rücksendung wurden erstattet (obwohl es nicht das Verschulden des Verkäufers war). Die Kostenerstattung erfolgte auch innerhalb eines Tages. Damit die Erstattung schnell erfolgen kann wird empfohlen dem Verkäufer entweder via Whats App oder E- Mail die Sendungsnummer zuzusenden. Sehr empfehlenswert! 5 Sterne! Selten habe ich so einen schnellen und Kunden- freundlichen Service erlebt.
