The price is great for the amount of servings (30). The caffeine really kicks and has more than most pre workouts, I really felt the beta Aline making me less tired and I could push myself. The worst part is the itch from the Beta Aline

Works amazingly! Honestly 15 minutes after drinking it, I felt like I could lift a damn truck. Made my 2am workout a lot easier and I know I did a handful more reps with each lift

Great stuff, gives you that "itch" everyone talks about, so if you like that and/or jitters, get this. Definitely gets you in the zone for workouts, I could tell a noticeable difference in my thought process/mental state. (I used to take double scoop, maybe triple if I was doing leg day back when I was really into my "PR or ER" Ronnie Coleman lifting stage, which I will say worked, but be wary of the amount of caffeine you ingest for the sake of your health). Additionally, the post-workout crash was definitely there. I'm a huge berry/blue razz guy, so the flavor was great, although a tad sour. Mixes really easy with other stuff.

when buying this pre workout on Amazon it was a great idea, having me a good flavor and deal for pre workout. But taking my first scoop and getting a pump it was okey and lasted 2 hours, but the next morning I felt nervous and was puking and gagging all day and was really hard to breathe and go to work the next day, I then waited 2 days to go to the gym and I took my first dose from Friday and waited until Monday 26th and it lasted me 25 min until my heart and body started feeling nervous and hard to breathe and exhale, I was doing chest and I didn’t even feel anything until the pre workout started hitting my body and it was doing a good pump until I felt like puking and having a heart attack. I don’t do reviews on products but this is my first one outa being a prime user for over 3 years, very disappointed and unhappy with this and idk what other side effects this has but on this day 26th on June 2023 at 9:36pm I’m experiencing a very bad and painful headache and nauseous and stomach and heart pain, recommend you let Amazon know about this experience if u do have the same problem with ur heart or anything for that matter! Ok I will say this stuff is incredibly effective and works quickly HOWEVER this is the worst tasting thing I’ve probably ever had. To me it tastes like actual poison, and it is very hard to drink. Other than the awful taste, it gives me quick energy and I can appreciate that.

Recon1 is typically my go to! Total war is great! Not too much jitter or overall intensity. A lot of of the time I’m able to do a half scoop and my outcome of workout is great. The flavor mixes great with water and for the price the size is unbeatable.

The caffeine does its job and the crash isn’t noticeable at all for me. Does affect sleep more than most though if I have it less than 10 hours before bed.

There are two pink lemonade one the inside powder pink taste good but if the powder white taste average. I orderd 3 after trying the pink powder but the 3 came with white powder from the same seller so i recommend to go and buy it from store so you don’t get surprises
