This is an excellent product, great price,easy to use and tasty!

If you haven't tried Korean pancakes, watch some youtube videos and give it a try. Nice and crispy, very good. Not very difficult although the oil will splatter a bit.

Absolutely AMAZING. Came out just like in the restaurant. I didn’t follow any instructions on the bag. I used about 1 cup of mix and added cold water to my desired consistency. Added some chopped scallions and ladled the batter right into the sautee oil to fry until browned. Made my dipping sauce while I waited mixing 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp rice vinegar (white vinegar), sesame oil drizzle, and a few chopped scallion pieces mix and taste. Perfection! Enjoy!

Tastes great and after a few sessions it’s easy to eyeball the amount of water to be added to get the consistency you want. Very easy to use and you get a good amount of servings this package. I’ve made some with shrimp, pollock, and seafood mix. All came out delicious.

I was looking for something that I could add various things like scallions. Green onions, carrots and so on to make ahead and freeze for quick snacks and meals. I Found the best! Super easy to prepare. The batter turned out thicker than I expected, which is the perfect volume for holding together the goodies added to it. The directions were also very easy to follow. I used half of the package according to the directions and made several pancakes. The crunchiness depends how many times you turn it and fry it. I found it also didn’t soak up a lot of the oil like other batters do. My mind is swimming with ideas for the next batch, like adding shrimp, scallops or rotisserie chicken along with other veggies! This is the perfect batter and great value for the money!

When mixing according to package directions it comes out almost too watery to work with and won’t firm up until you burn them. Just mix based on what looks right and not what the directions say and it should be fine. Good flavor. Best with green onions and kimchi, in my opinion.

Had to tinker with measurements to cook enough for single serve but this is the closest to a homemade tasting korean pajeon I've tried. I just add whichever ingredients I feel like adding like seafood or veggies.

No English instructions, means it's guesswork.

This was an impulse buy. I've been experimenting with it and so far, haven't had much luck. It is very bland and heavy. I am sure it is simply me not using it properly. Your experience will be different.
