I wear arch supports in my shoes. Does the support/cushion in the shoe come out easily. I usually have to take them out in order to wear shoes.

I wear arch supports and there's always plenty of room for me to put over the cushions. This is the only shoe I can wear my inserts over them and they feel great.

What animal skin is the leather made of?

Leather is from Naugas. Hence the name naugahide.

What size is 10 D(M) ?

Medium. I tried the 9.5D(M) and it was too narrow for me, so I got the size 9.5 2E (wider) and was a perfect fit.

How are these shoes after working 8-12 hours standing and walking on concrete? Feet wise

I work on concrete all day , my feet are not hurting when i get home after about 10 hours .,other shoes my heels hurt and ankles . I highly reccomend Rockports above any other shoe .
