Spenco Rx Full Length Soft Arch Cushion

I have feet damaged by RA. I cut these to fit my slightly oversized shoes and use them including the insoles that come with my New Balance. It gives me the right amount of arch support and toe box room to keep my feet stable and pain free. I've tried overs but these have been the best. Wish I could buy reduced cost in bulk.

I'm not sure if my shoe is a bit too wide but either way, these insoles are like a bullet to my arches. A lot of pain. Couldn't wear it for 1 hour. The arch support should be smooth and elevated not a narrow bump.

These are the same quality as I have worn for over 30 years. From the first pair of flats to these with very pronounced arches.The arches are very firm even though they are soft and comfortable. I have very low arches and my feet would get sore or achy/tired if I didn't wear these. I have them for all of my shoes but if you need to swap out that is fairly simple as they don't curl up too bad when inserting.They seem to last forever as the flats I started with were still good several years later before I discovered the high arches. The ones I have now,I just keep swapping into the new pairs of shoes.

0.5cmだけ大きめなエンジニアブーツのサイズ調整のため買いました。ちょうどいい感じです。アーチクッションのためかかかと側が若干厚めにできており甲のフィット感がすごくよくなりました。ただ、こちらの商品かコンフォートの方か忘れましたが、スニーカーのような履き心地になったというレビューがあったと記憶していますが、はっきり言って大げさです。所詮革のブーツは革のブーツです。スニーカーの履き心地を求めるなら大人しくスニーカーを履いた方がいいです。

If you have Plantar Faciitis, this is what u need! After trying tons of inserts/cups/etc...I finally went to my doctor and he told me if I bought arch full inserts, preferablely Spenco, it should really help. I was skeptical. I went to an expensive drug store and found them for $25, so I looked on Amazon and boom, their they were for $15! I ordered and within a few days, the pain in my heal was no longer! I loved them so much, I bought another pair for my other sneakers! The archs in the insole take a little getting used to but not for long. Buy these and give them a chance! Best thing I ever did for my feet!
