Missing item
I ordered two items but i received just one item !!! The item I received working

Dont Buy this product. Doesn’t work & not returnable!
This product is useless. It dont heats up & the light indicator doesn’t lit up, so you dont know if the electric bag is working or not.. moreover, there is some weird kind of rubber burning smell, when u plug in the cord in the Electric board. And the cherry on the cake is, this product in NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURN & REFUND, despite being defective.

I would recommend this.
Smaller than what is seen in the picture. But I think the charging point on the body should have been Placed somewhere else. Gets in the way while in use. It works though. Very handy.

Very poor quality. Broken but can't replace or return.
