OSTBA Panini Press Grill, 4-Slice Sandwich Maker with Nonstick Plates

I really like this waffle maker! It’s easy to use and heats up nicely, making delicious waffles with a crispy outside and soft inside. The nonstick surface makes it much easier to remove the waffles and clean up afterward. I also like the compact size because it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter or when storing it. It’s simple to operate and great for making a quick breakfast or a fun weekend treat. Overall, I think this is a great waffle maker for the price. It’s convenient, easy to clean, and makes tasty waffles. I would definitely recommend it!

For under 20$ found this to be a great panini sandwich maker. Simple to use. Be sure to follow prep and cleaning instructions

Terrible. Horrible. No good. Wish I never bought this. I've had waffle makers and panini presses in the past. Loved them. Christmas morning we attempted to make waffles. Absolute disappointment. This appliance holds very little batter so we were expecting fairly thin and puny waffles. There's no way to tell when the waffling is complete so that's more or less a guessing game. (It does light up when 'hot enough' though). The exterior never gets 'crisp'. Never. We made several attmpts, extending our wait time considerably in the end. They all came out pale and limp. The heating element and press plates combine to create very uneven cooking. The waffles were also all lopsided and tapered at one side. We had to toast the 'best' of them for anything resembling a waffle. We tried a panini next. Given the very shallow cooking space we made sure not to overfill the sandwiches. The bread was moist-ish and limp when it came out but the meat was warm on the inside. Weird. Unsatisfying. The edges of the bread were oddly hard and had an unpleasant texture. Another failure. Attempted waffles again, thinking perhaps it's operator error. I spent the day slow cooking a pork roast for 'pulled pork atop a potato waffle, sided with a nice crisp cabbage slaw.' Everything was ready. Just needed waffles. Let them cook for an extended period of time...mentally prepared for a 'burnt' waffle, thinking I'd just reduce the time on the next round. Nope. That didn't work. The waffles didnt set at all. Started to char on the top and bottom, where there was direct contact with the plates and remained gooey in the middle. Pulling apart when I opened the machine. After eating my pulled pork atop sour dough toast instead, I sadly began the grueling process of cleaning the machine. That's another problem. Cleaning. The plates kind of lock into place but with plenty of gapping space so regardless of how careful you are there is always a ton of batter that makes it under the plates into the chamber where the heating element is. And the hinge also manages to get batter in it some how. So, there I stood, disappointed that my all day slow-cooked dinner was 'ruined' (it was still delicious just disappointing) with little cleaning brushes and wipes and a sponge...gentle and carefully excavating crisped potato waffle from the nether regions of the machine when my partner took mercy on me and suggested we just throw the monster in the trash. Please don't buy this for yourself. Please don't buy this as a gift.... ...unless you hate the person and wish to fill their life with disappointment.

I haven’t made waffles in years, and I like the fact that you can insert two other kinds of snack makers. It’s not the highest quality nor the best waffle maker, but it works, and it does well on the sandwich, maker plates, and the grilling plates. All in all versatile little device for making a quick meal. I’d recommend it and I’d buy it again.
