Yes but not a dedicated key for it. Also the intercom capability depends on the platform you have connected to it and you would need to consult the platform documentation on how to enable it. You could dedicate one of the soft keys as a shortcut to intercom

The unit must be properly provisioned in order to work with Skype for Business
