How To Create A Sitz Soak Using A "Sitz Bath" Adapter If you're using an over-the-toilet Sitz Bath adapter, start with a small amount of our Sitz Soak epsom salt blend — about 1 tablespoon per gallon of comfortably warm water. Allow the sitz soak mixture to dissolve completely and enjoy the aromatherapy of the essential oils. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your personal preference. Increase or decrease the water as needed to suit your personal preference. Repeat daily as needed. Available in 2-lbs and 8-lbs Pouches. New 4-lbs Size Jar Available For Better Storage And Easier Use, More Convenient Than Ever PERFECT GIFT OR GIFT SET Bath lovers will thank you for this bath salt as a gift! New moms in particular will appreciate the relieving properties of our Sitz Salt. If you’re thinking of gifts for a new mom, here’s a good one! We at Better Bath Better Body are proud of our soothing bath soaks. We are glad to be a part of your wellness lifestyle. How to Use HOW TO SOAK: Gently mix with warm water that is comfortable to your touch. If using in a sitz bath, start with 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and gradually increase up to 2 tablespoons per gallon of water. If using a full size bathtub, use about 1/2 cup to 1 full cup. Enjoy the benefits of soothing epsom salt and therapeutic essential oils. Always use plenty of water and start with a small amount before increasing.
