I have that one and it's a bit dull now but I still love it** A: I have the 16 slicer, and I think it is harder to cut than the 8 slicer. There are twice as many blades, so twice as much resistance. I found it hard to push through on my kitchen counter, but it is easier on the kitchen table, which is lower. I can really get my weight into it! **Q: What is the diameter of the central corer?** A: Oops sorry didn't understand the question.
