Can 3 of us use these at the same time and all 3 talk to each other? Is there a push to talk, or is it live all the time?

Hi, yes 3 can use at the same time. I used with 4, and think that's the max. Also it's live, once you turn on its live, just talk. My bike is fairly loud and it works great.

Do i need the smh10-11 instead of the smh10-10 to be able to use the wired microphone instead of the boom mic? or are they both compatible?

I have a semi open face helmet. The mics pick up wind in phone calls. I was wondering if it has an aux jack for a throat mic?

I have not seen an aux jack on it. We use it with open face helmets and have not had issues with wind noise, but our speed has been limited. It does come with a plastic deflector you can put on the front of the mike, so it only picks up sound coming to its back (from your mouth).
