Is this toy dishwasher safe?

We have had about 30 of similar ones to this including this one over past 15 years. My daughter is special needs and LOVES these toys. I have put them in dishwasher many times, top rack. They probably won't last quite as long, but I do it anyway. The only ones that water will ruin is the ones with sound.

This (brand new) toy loses suction (from high chair tray) after around 1 minute. Is it normal?

No it's not normal. This is the best suction toy I have purchased because it will stay on and it has kept my little ones attention since he was 6 months and he is now 13 months. It's his favorite toy. Have you tried a little moisture on the suction to help it stick?

Can this toy be attached firmly to an Evenflo exersaucer? The Evenflo exersaucer has holes for its toy attachments.Can't find very many Evenflo toy

How is the product quality?

Unsure. It was unusable from time time if purchase. Wouldn’t stick to anything but glass. Got a refund. I wouldn’t waste my money if I were you
