How do you lather this? Is a loofah too harsh? Washcloth?

Just squirt a small amount on to your hand, lather and apply. Just as you would with any shower gel.

Is this good for rosacea?

I don't know. I believe it is a non soap based cleanser. I find it less pore clogging and itchy than anything else I've used but I have a different skin condition. Being a non soap cleanser, Im guessing the ph is fairly neutral or slightly acidic if that helps you. (Thats just a guess though.) Im just not sure if theres anything in it that would be contraindicated for rosacea.
