It was going from a 100% charge to about 70-80% less than one hour after unplugging a charging cable; and then to about 30-40% less than a half hour later.I ordered this new battery, and my phone is like brand new! I go to bed at night and leave it unplugged for 8-10 hours and it still has 90-95% charge. I use it running several apps, including mobile hotspot for music streaming on another iPhone and it doesn't need a charge for at least 3-4 hours.In addition, the battery was ridiculously easy to install. Caution: iPhones are VERY fragile and require patience to open and work on. I had the YouTube video playing on my laptop screen while I changed the battery and had no problems at all. I was done within 20 minutes and that's just because Apple intentionally makes it difficult to work on its devices so that you have to bring it to an Apple store (sorry, not today!). I suggest you lay the screws in the order you take them out. They are not all the same. Watch a you tube video but like me you may have to keep stopping it as you go. You need two strong suction cups to get the phone a part. I plan on putting one of the cup in a vice next time. That is one of the hard steps. The other is getting all the connectors properly seated. Everything inside the phone is frightfully tiny.
