It took a couple of days to figure out how many capsules to take and when, but I didn't have any abdominal discomfort or emergencies while taking them. I only took them for about a week due to the cascara sagrada, but I think this will be good as part of my rotation of products to keep my digestion moving. The only weird thing I noticed is that I did have some very mild heartburn shortly after taking them, but I suspect that's from the cayenne.
