It says 5 year warranty. Have any of you tried to get a refund or replacement?

Tried. Failed. Teknor/Apex refers customer to seller. Seller states they only accept returns up to 90 days. Amazon does nothing to intervene. Frustrating, time-wasting, finger pointing merry-go-round. This same hose is labeled "Rapid Flo" for a large warehouse store. I checked with their customer service 5/31/22 and the store will honor the warranty. The big-box store where I bought a 100ft Zero-G will also honor the warranty. So, if you expect Teknor Apex to make good on the warranty, buy from a store that will honor it, otherwise it's just false advertising.

Cannot remove the zero-g hose from faucet (which is brass). Seems seized up. Does anyone know of a way to get it off so can use the faucet again?in?

Never will buy another. No other hose in my life has fused this way. There is no pliers or clamps capable of undoing the connection without damaging the piece it is connected to.

I have two 50’ hoses connected together and they work great. I absolutely love these hoses. Makes cleaning up at the end of the day so much easier.

will it be ok to leave out in hot temperatures, such as 85 degrees

Yes, we have sold many in areas that have had over 90 degrees for 6 straight days. Only thing is that leave the water off when not in use. Thanks
