Vitabiotics Wellman Energy Release Tablets - 30 Tablets

I have been jumping around brands for multivitamins for around 3 years now. GNC, Muscletech, Centrum before pulling the trigger on Wellman. My mom was using the well women tablet for the past six months and appreciated its effects on hair and skin. I gave it a go and right now I am on my 3rd pack (70th day of use). Here are my two cents of advice after reading a ton of reviews. I am in my late 20s and exercise 5-6 times daily building muscle, doing cardio and the occasional HIIT. My diet is the normal south asian diet with curries and flatbread. These tablets are just SUPPLEMENTS just like any-other OTC tablets, protein powders, aminos etc. Your diet should be solid in order to make these things work. My routine is taking them with dinner at 8pm. In that particular fashion, your body was fully absorb the nutrients, the magnesium will give you a good deep sleep within your 8 hour sleep cycle. Good product but after taking this I feel stomach upset. But overall good product.

Highly Recommended. I am using from 2 years. Use 1 box and then give break of 1 month.or as per your requirement.
