I am wanting to make earrings. If i bought two sets of these, would I receive two matching charms?

I bought two sets and the most of them you would have pairs. There may be some that would not have a match. But for the most part I did have doubles when I bought two packages. I think earrings would be a great idea with these.

Can i wash the cloth ??

probably not as washing would remove the tarnish remover embedded in the cloth. You might be able to purchase more cloths from the same vendor
