I'd say 8-10 fluid ounces comfortably. If you fill it all the way to the top, it's about 14 fluid ounces (but you are going to spill it when you pick it up). **Q: Microwave Safe?** A: I believe so. I microwaved it twice now, on high. No problems with it. Hope that helps!
