The Active Posture is not only helping to straighten my posture, it is also helping me stretch areas of my neck and upper back that I wouldn’t have been able to without it. It is fun, easy, and super convenient! The first thing I noticed when I unboxed the product, was what seemed to be the attention to detail and quality of each individual part. All the parts were neatly packaged, with the instructions clearly placed. For those who are a bit overwhelmed by the amount of exercises on the instructions (as I was), just follow the link to the instructional video! You’ll feel the same relief. The first time I laid my head back into the sling, I immediately knew that I got my money’s worth. What makes it so convenient too is that all you need is a closable door to use this product. Just place the (Make sure the door is closed and locked so you don’t risk the sling slipping) You can also use the different tension bands for other types of full body workouts. So not only does this product get the entirety of the job done, it can do even do MORE than what it was made for.
