Are these preset to a particular PSI already?

This tire deflator did not preset to a particular PSI, because the PSI will be changed due to transport, climate change, usage dimensions, etc.. We clearly illustrated the way to set the PSI on display pictures, it's very easy. If more assistance is needed, please feel free to send us a direct message.

My tires sit at 38psi. I go down to any 20 for the beach. Is the 30 just the max deflate or will they not work if psi is over 30?

You can run your tires down to 6 psi. 30 psi is the high end

Will affect tpms sensors?
