**Q: What do they mean by "heat"?  Not looking for spicy heat in my cinnamon**
A: Some lower grade cinnamon doesn't have a lasting flavor.  I have purchased this twice now. It has a GREAT flavor. It is NOT spicy HOT.

**Q: How does this compare to King Arthur Vietnamese Cinnamon?**
A: I don't know the flavor of King Arthur, but assume (from their other products) that the quality is high. This cinnamon is noticeably better than the usual grocery brands, even if you take into account variables like freshness. Its taste is complex, rich and smooth. If it isn't exactly what you want, it is still a good value.

**Q: Is this real Kirklands brand?**
A: Yes!

**Q: Is this from Vietnam?**
A: Yes. It says "packed in USA", but describes cinnamon as from Saigon.

This is a good tasting cinamon that I will have to get again soon. Great size but I even mix it in with my coffee grounds to get a cinamon flavor and love it!

Hi, just received this as my supply ran out a few weeks ago and I replaced it with what I thought was the same product from the same retailer but boy was I disappointed with the new batch, very little taste or aroma so I tried another supplier, same problem and the cost of some of the other suppliers was extortionate. So took to the internet to research the good the bad and the ugly cinnamon, Saigon cinnamon was mentioned favorably and I was confident that the Kirkland product should be of good quality, well this stuff is outstanding! just like my old batch if not better, 18 months BBE date and a bargain price, what's not to love!!

I have recently cut out all sugar from my diet and found this to be an excellent replacement sugar in my morning porridge oats. It has a very nice taste and is really nice sprinkled on apples too. I got the idea from someone else to replace sugar with cinnamon and this Saigon cinnamon is sweet and in my opinion tastes very different to others that are available in small jars at the supermarket. It is going to last me a very long time as you need such a little bit at a time.
