I have been putting these heal plates on all my shoes! Before I even wear any new shoes I put these plates on them! They have saved me hundreds of dollars as I wear a small spot on the side of my heal very quickly, finally I can keep my shoes until they are actually worn out… not having to replace then because I have worn one side down so badly that it causing me to walk funny. Easy to put on too! A big deal since if you can’t put them on they are pointless…the first time you try can be a little frustrating, but once you get the hang of it trust me it’s worth the frustration.

I was able to install these easily. They will make such a difference in the wear on my shoes. I won't have to replace my shoes nearly as often. The little plates make no sound and do not show when wearing them.

Greetings! These heel protectors are really thick and I think are going to work out pretty well compared to the thinner plastic ones I used to buy. The only complaint I had was that the double stickum tape they provide is EXTREMELY thin. You won’t have much trouble removing the tape from one side, but the other side is nearly impossible because the double stickum tape is so thin. You could probably remove it with a razor blade or an X-Acto knife, but you’re not going to be able to remove it with your fingernail. I finally gave up and took the suggestion that they provided and used superglue on the heel protector.

These are a bit smaller than most brands. Honestly, I would be surprised if they last two weeks.

Great set.I pay $7 extra for cleats when I get my western boot heels replaced.These are about $1.50 a set.When the first set wears out after 2 weeks from the shoe shop (I walk 1-1/2 miles a day and dance outside for 3/4 to one hour 4 to 5 days a week),I remove & replace cause I know where to install.Now,for 12 weeks I’m only spending $10.Was spending $94.To install I put boot in between my legs with heel outside,hold the small nail with a needle nose plier and with a hammer pound in nails.Doesn’t take long.

I have been using shoe heel protectors for years. The brand I typically use increased their prices drastically so I tried these. Unfortunately, this product is not a replacement. They are very frustrating to install specifically the two sided tape, which is not sticky. The nails are also inferior and bend easily. I will not use these again.

I am so thrilled that I ordered these. They are perfect for Birkenstock soles. They even come with tiny nails to nail them in. I’ve been paying $20 for my new Birkenstocks to have the caps, which Birkenstock soles wear down quickly on the heel. They save your soles from being replaced Which is $75.

I can’t understand the negative reviews. The taps were exactly how they were described and were easy to apply to my shoes. If you read the instructions it says to use superglue as the first option before you add the nails. Then using thimble push the nail far enough in to make it easy to hammer the rest of the way. There is an inset so the nail head sinks into the tap to prevent scratching the floor. Easy peasy. They are made out of the material that is needed for the job. If they were softer they would not work. I’m pleased.

I waited until I used these heel plates for a month before writing a review. I wanted to see how durable they are, and to see if they lasted long. I’m still on the first pair. They are very durable, and are standing up to daily wear. In the past I have had to resole my Blundstones, because of uneven wear at a cost of $130, and I quickly wore out the new soles unevenly. My boots were starting to get an odd twist, and a change of shape from uneven wear. As soon as I put them on my boots, they untwisted, and regained their shape. As my boots wore out, my feet would start hurting, when I put the heel plates on, my feet stoped hurting. I highly recommend this product. I used Shoe-goo, and the nails to fasten the plates, but recommend super glue on the nails as well. I lost 1 of the nails, but the plate is staying on just fine with only 2.

says for sneaker????? you need a 100% flat surface to work.Besides all that the suplies glu stripes do NOT hold

So far I like the items. I use them on my sneaker heel.
