How long does this last for? If i just eat them a lunch and dinner will they last 30 days?

If 1 person ate this daily for lunch and dinner at the recommended servings. I should last 45 days. (However, I do not want to mislead at all and would like to point out - these are NOT individually portioned meals. Example - the soup is in a packet that will feed more than 1 person. So you would have to store the "leftovers" in order to do what you are asking. This might fall in the parameters of your question or not - just thought I would add it.)

What is the expiration date?

Items such as this can (and do) have a ten to twenty-five year shelf life IF YOU STORE THEM PROPERLY. Keep them out of direct sunlight. Avoid excessive temperatures (above 70 degrees). Don't let them freeze (55 degrees for a low). I have mine in my bedroom closet. Also, this is for unopened product. Once you open a bag... it's anyone's guess. I'd also strongly recommend a bung wrench to open the pails. Good luck.

Are all of the items in this bucket augason farms products - one of the reviews does not sound like it - i want to try/sample augason farms products

You should absolutely open the bucket and check each individual packet for damage and check the expiration date on each packet to ensure that it matches the overall shelf life expectancy marked on the bucket. (Dates may vary based on food item) As stated on the Augason Farms website opening the buckets itself will not lower the shelf life of the individually wrapped and sealed contents inside.

do your products contain any msg or artificial sweetners?

I have checked the labels on all the products I bought from Augason. I never saw any mention of MSG or artificial sweeteners.
