This mold was easy to use and really works with cakes. So impressed with the outcome. A great thing for your panty as it makes cakes look very professional.

Good looking but expensive.
The pic is another flan where I got the caramel wrong, I should have watered it before pouring it in rather than just pouring the hot sugar in. Oh well, I can peel it off and just coat the thing with normal caramel sauce.These clean up great if you oil and flour them for cake type things and the cakes come out nicely.The flan fights back a lot more so the cleanup is not as easy. I expect to spend 10-15 more min cleaning it again after 2 cleanings.I haven't tried these with Jello as I don't do gelatin/agar agar deserts very often. Clean up should be a breeze for Jello.
